Move Out Notice

At the time of vacancy, you must meet the following criteria; otherwise your deposit and/or pro-rated rent will be withheld, and additional fees may apply.

  1. We must receive a written Move Out Notice in our office 5 days prior to vacancy.
  2. The unit must be clean and free from all debris.  Items left in unit will be disposed of and you will be charged a disposal fee.
  3. The door of the unit must be closed and secured with the original combination lock.
  4. The gate card must be returned at time of vacancy in useable condition. (SS Customer Only)
