Activating Your Account

If you are currently renting a unit but do not have a username and password, you need to activate your account before you can log in and make payments. To activate your account, you will need to know the name of the site where you are leasing space and your account ID. Your account ID is most likely on your invoice, or you can contact the site manager to request your account ID.

 

To activate your account, complete the following steps:


Choose the site where you are renting space from the Location drop-down list.
Enter your First Name as it appears on the Lease Agreement.
Enter your Last Name as it appears on the Lease Agreement.
Enter your account ID.


Click on the Find Your Account button. If the account can be located, you will be presented with fields for entering your email address and creating a password. If we cannot locate your account, check to make sure the user name and account ID match the information at the site.


Enter your email address. This will be your user name and the email address used for transaction confirmation messages.


Enter a password. This password should be between four and six characters long. Including numbers and letters in your password will increase your security.


Click on the Activate Account button. A confirmation message is displayed and you will receive a confirmation email message.


Making a Payment

Your online account and all transactions are secured by Digitech. The certificate is registered with Centershift, the company providing this online payment service. Your transactions and data are secure.

You can make a payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. You can pay for one month or additional months if you choose.

 

Note: If your account is delinquent, your online payment must bring your account current; that is, you must pay all rent and fees owed. If your unit is scheduled for auction, you cannot pay using this online service.

 

Auction: If your account is scheduled to be auctioned, you cannot make an online payment; you must contact the site manager to pay for your unit.

 

To make a payment, complete the following steps:


Log In to your online account.
Click on the Make a Payment link.
Accept the default of one month payment, or use the Months drop-down list to select the number of months you want to pay for.
Click on the Continue With Payment button.
Choose the type of card you are using from the Credit Card Type drop-down list.
Enter your Credit Card Number.
Select the Expiration Date month and year printed on your credit card.
Enter the Name On Card.
Enter your Street Address and Zip Code.
Click on the Submit Credit Card Payment button. Your transaction may take a few seconds to process.

Do not click on the button again unless you want to incur multiple charges on your card.
A confirmation receipt is displayed. Print this receipt for your records. A receipt will also be emailed to you.

The site manager will receive a notification that you have made an online payment and your account will automatically be updated.
