We also understand that moving your belongings in and out of self storage isn't anyone's idea of fun. That's why we will do all we can to make the process as smooth as possible.

Our self storage and property management services have served the Wasatch Front for over 30 years.

Safety And Security
 

Our facilities are all securely gated and monitored periodically by BRB Patrol or Northern Utah Security.  We feature high intensity outdoor lighting and regular lock checks on all buildings. Our goal is to help you keep your belongings safe.  We have recently installed 24 hour video surveillance at our Washington Terrace facility.


Help us keep you safe.


Never visit the storage facility alone.


Visit your Unit or RV on a regular basis.


Always lock your Unit or RV before you leave.


Close and lock the gate behind you when you enter and leave the facility.  Scramble the lock combination before you leave.


Report any suspicious activity to the local Police immediately.


Never approach an unknown person, if you need help, call the Police.


Our security staff may ask you for identification when you are inside our facilities.  Our security staff are always in marked cars and in uniform.  Please cooperate with our security staff and provide them the information they may request so that they may match it with our records.

THINGS TO REMEMBER


 

1.  KEEP A DETAILED LIST ALONG WITH A PICTURE OF ITEMS STORED IN A SECURE PLACE WITH YOUR OTHER VALUABLES.

 

2.  KEEP A SPARE KEY IN CASE YOU LOOSE YOUR ORIGINAL. WE DO NOT HAVE KEYS TO YOUR LOCK(S).

 

3. REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY WITHIN STORAGE FACILITY TO OUR OFFICE AT ONCE, OR CONTACT THE

LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.

 

4.  KEEP TO A MINIMUM THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE STORING AND THE LOCATION OF

SUCH ITEMS.

 

5.  YOU MUST SUBMIT A 5 DAY WRITTEN VACATING NOTICE TO TERMINATE YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT.
